Job Description:
Assist the team to provide legal related work to Vietnamese and multinational clients across a range of industries:
- Supporting Legal Consultants in preparing documentation related to advising foreign investors in business investments in Vietnam, project adjustment procedures in Vietnam.
- Assisting team in projects on legal review, business consulting, labor license registration.
- Assisting in liaising and working with authorities to submit documents and receive results from licensing agencies.
- Updating legal documents and respond promptly to our clients’ inquiries related to investment in Vietnam.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Final year students or recent graduates with Law majors.
- Be able to work full-time at office, Mon - Fri (8:30 - 17:30)
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show proficiency in using English language and MS Office 365 applications
