Job Description:

Assist the team to provide legal related work to Vietnamese and multinational clients across a range of industries:

• Supporting Legal Consultants in preparing documentation related to advising foreign investors in business investments in Vietnam, project adjustment procedures in Vietnam.
• Assisting team in projects on legal review, business consulting, labor license registration.
• Assisting in liaising and working with authorities to submit documents and receive results from licensing agencies.
• Updating legal documents and respond promptly to our clients’ inquiries related to investment in Vietnam.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Law major
• Proven experience in assisting with implementation procedures related to adjusting investment projects is a plus
• Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with team/ clients
• Vietnamese fluency and show proficiency in using English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication
