Main Responsibilities
- Assisting in posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
- Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details into HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Assisting in screening potential employees‘ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Supporting in organizing testing, interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Assisting with HR documents.
- Assisting in HR activities/events.
- Supporting in preparing thank you letters or emails to candidates.
- Coordinating new hire orientations.
- Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents.
- Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
Requirements:
- Third or final year student with bachelor‘s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related majors
- Be able to work full-time during the Internship (08:30 - 17:30; Mon-Friday)
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
- Enthusiastic, highly responsible and eager to learn
- Detail-oriented, Ability to work multi-tasks
- Effective communication skills.
