Job Title: Tax & Consulting Intern - Business Process Solution

Working Address: AP Tower, 518B Dien Bien Phu, Ward 21, Binh Thanh District, HCMC

Main Responsibilities:

Assist the team to provide high quality accounting and tax services to Vietnamese and multinational clients across a range of industries:

• Prepare proposal/engagement letters to RSM’s clients.
• Assist our team in performing accounting, tax filling and other accounting solutions for clients.
• Assist our team to prepare and keep in track reports submitted to local state agencies.
• Understand and demonstrate professionalism and collaborative spirit in providing services with clients.
• Build up and maintain client relationships.
• Strictly adhere to our risk management and independence policies
• Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Third year, final year or fresh graduate with Bachelor degree of  Accounting, Audit, Finance, Tax, Banking, Business, or other related finance majors
• Good knowledge of Accounting, Tax practices and procedures
• Proficiency in using English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications
• Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills, and collaboration skills with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
